Creating a Sound Map

Young scholars listen to a piece of music and brainstorm all the instruments they hear playing throughout the piece. The teacher then lists the correct instruments on the board and has an example of each one lying out. After seeing some teacher-created examples, the students begin creating their own sound map using the piece and instruments provided by the teacher.
