Egg Observations: An Osmosis Eggsperiment

Students use the egg to model osmosis in the cell. In this osmosis lesson, students use vinegar to dissolve the shell off of an egg, leaving a semi-permeable membrane to use in modeling osmosis. They submerge the egg in several solutions and record both the initial and final mass of the egg.
