Instructional Ideas

  • Use this resource as an opportunity to teach your class some helpful test-taking strategies
  • After completing the assessment, allow students to correct their answers with a partner or in small groups, working collaboratively to identify any mistakes they made
Classroom Considerations

  • Time may need to be scheduled in your school's computer lab so children can practice taking computer-based assessments
  • Slight differences exist between the questions on the print and online versions of the test, but the content being covered is the same
  • A large-print version of the test supports students with vision impairments, but depending on your school's printers, you may or may not be able to produce documents this size
