FDR and the Supreme Court

High schoolers examine the attack on the Supreme Court by Franklin D. Roosevelt in 1937. Using a primary source document, they gather information to be able to answer why the attack he launched failed in an essay. They are introduced to scaffolding questions in this instructional activity.
