Flexibility

Middle schoolers participate in a variety of stretching activities to improve their flexibility. Each student rotates through eight stations, completing the tasks and filling out their task cards. The stations address the flexibility of biceps, triceps, latissimus dorsi, pectorals, quadriceps, hamstrings, and abdominals.
