Food Lab - Breads and Cereals

Eighth graders prepare foods by following a given recipe, using correct measuring techniques and following cooking terms. They select, use and maintain equipment and utensils. They practice safety and sanitation on all areas of living. They they schedule and prepare a plan consisting of prep time, cook time and clean up.
