Frictional Forces

Young scholars explore friction.  In this middle school science/mathematics lesson, students collect and analyze data as they investigate the role of frictional force on motion.  Young scholars examine their results to see when more force was needed to move the block and note the corresponding surface.

Josh M.
In a pinch, I can find several lesson plans that I can use in my classroom. I have been trying to incorporate relevance and rigor into all of my weekly plans and Lesson Planet has given me tools to do so.
