Healthy Fitness Program - Strength Training Class

Students develop a strength and cardiovascular program and nutritional plan to be implemented in their physical education class. They perform and record a variety of fitness and strength activities, and complete a nutritional evaluation of their food intake for one week. They write an evaluation of their results at the end of the semester.
