Healthy Vs. Non-healthy Food

Students examine newspaper and magazines to determine the differences between healthy and non-healthy foods. Working in small groups, they design three nutritious meals on paper plates using the food section of the newspaper or magazines. When working with ESL students, they label each food item to increase their vocabulary before placing the plates on a bulletin board.
