Healthy Writing: Keeping Food Journals

Students keep food journals for one week. In this health lesson, students are instructed to write down everything a student eats and drinks for five days. After this time, students complete an activity in which they analyze their diet against the Food Pyramid. Finally, the lesson includes a game in which student groups categorize foods into the six food groups.
