Homemade Play Dough

Students make homemade play dough from flour, salt, water and food coloring. In this science mixture lesson, students learn to read recipes and create play dough from everyday items found in their kitchens at home. The students can then use their creation to make letters of the alphabet. Their creations can air-dry and then be decorated/painted.
