Human Nature Seminar: Are We Good or Evil?

Students read excerpts from Enlightenment thinkers such as Thomas Hobbes and John Locke. They explore the question of human nature being naturally good or naturally evil. After answering questions regarding good versus evil, students write a paragraph justifying their stance on the topic. A forum is provided for students to discuss their opinions.
