In Honor Of My Country-Pledge Of Allegiance Comparison

Students examine the Texas and United States Pledges of Allegiance and analyze the meanings. Working in groups, students analyze another pledge of allegiance and compare it to the U.S. Pledge of Allegiance. Students complete the activity by writing a classroom pledge about classroom management, learning environment, and the formation of friendships.
