Explore different media for storytelling in this instructional activity from BYU. Middle and high schoolers are given a storyline and then collaborate in groups to adapt the story to a variety of media, such as film, websites, advertisements, etc. They identify the conventions and advantages of several types of media. Use a class novel or story to show your class how to compare and contrast their adaptations with the source material.
