A study of some of the key people in our nation's history, who were champions of equality for everyone, is the focus of this lesson. Small groups rotate through five centers where they answer questions about: Martin Luther King, Jr., Abe Lincoln, Harriet Tubman, Malcom X, and John F. Kennedy. Next, they utilize a desktop publishing program to create a trading card about one of these great people.
