Uno, Dos, Tres

Third graders count from zero to twenty in Spanish, say the Spanish alphabet with its 30 letters (5 vowels), and recognize all the phonetic sounds. They develop games of their own to put their newfound knowledge of the Spanish language to work.

I was at a crossroads trying to think of a new… interesting… active way to introduce and teach the different types of economic systems. I turned to Lesson Planet and entered “Economic Systems” into the search tab and was inundated with resources and lesson plans and ideas… the kids loved the lesson I modified for them and still ask when we are going to do another lesson like that “Paper Airplane Company” one.
