Young scholars will use different textures and colors of paper to make a mosaic. In this sorting and classification lesson, students work together to put different types of paper into categories. Once their sorting is finished, each child receives a paper plate, glue, and a brush to create a mosaic.

Lillian H.
I was looking for some creative ways to introduce my students to Hawaiian music and the culture of Hawaii in the elementary music classroom. Lesson planet.com provided a wealth of helpful and fun resources for me to use in my classroom.
