PAPER CHROMATOGRAPHY - CHEMICAL AND MECHANICAL
Pupils determine all of the pigments present in the chloroplast of a green plant. They prepare and read a chromatogram by removing, seperating, and identifying the pigments by using a technique called chromatography.
