In this well presented video, Sal continues with the example of the car driving off the cliff and discusses how the time (t) should be bound based on the context of the problem. He then shows how to rewrite the set of parametric equations as one equation, in terms of x and y. Finally, he shows how this new equation does describe the correct shape but information describing the position along the curve at a time t is no longer available with one equation.
