Personal Stressors

Wouldn't it be nice to press a panic moment when a stressful moment gets out of control? Give middle schoolers that chance with a lesson about stress management and identifying personal stressors. After watching a short video about the causes of stress, learners consider the ways they can reduce the emotions caused by the elements that stress them out the most.
