Phonics: Inflected Endings

Elementary learners write ten verbs whose final consonants are doubled before you add the endings -ed and -ing. They point to each word, say it, and print it on the accompanying line. After the exercises are complete, read a story and have your young reader point out other verbs whose final consonants are doubled.
