  • Create a choice activity menu in which scholars choose the activities and worksheets they want to complete over a certain amount of time
  • Complete activities as a class or in small group centers, then assign worksheets as an at-home practice packet

  • Have a pocket chart on hand, or another method to hold multiple cards for pupils to see and read 
  • Make homophone cards prior to conducting the lesson
