Public Health Survey: Do This Before Watching the Movie

Before watching the PBS film The Most Dangerous Woman in America about Mary Mallon (aka "Typhoid Pary"), have your class fill out a survey about their opinions on infectious diseases. The second page of the activity provides six comprehension questions about the movie, as well as an essay question about whether or not Mary Mallon's treatment was fair or not.
