Roman Housing

Students study what Roman houses looked like, for both rich and poor. They write down suggestions on how they think a Roman house would appear and if they think that they could live in such a house. Students also study social issues of housing and how these are reflected in literary texts.

Ashley P.
I teach a variety of subjects and ages depending on what block of the day. Generally, when I do not have time to brainstorm on my own or just need to find a quick worksheet LessonPlanet comes to the rescue. Excellent variety of math activities and worksheets for my grade 3 to 6 class. In addition, I've found countless activities for my social studies 10 class as well as my English 7 to 9 class. Honestly, I would recommend this site to all teachers.
