Selection of Menu Foods and Miscue Analysis

Students identify regular 1 or 2 syllable words, new words, and determine the meaning of unfamiliar words when reading a menu. They also gain knowledge of what foods have to be cooked before they are eaten. One can make up their own menu or use a real menu.
