This Similar Parts Task activity & project also includes:

Proving theorems about triangles usually makes more sense to young geometers when they have models of triangles to work with. This activity does just that, as one tries to prove the theorem that a line parallel to one side of a triangle divides the other two sides proportionally. This could also be used as a small group activity.
