Skyscraper Farms

In a crowded world, where do we grow our food? A well-designed resource introduces the class to the idea of vertical farming. Groups participate in a challenge to design and build a model of a vertical farm. The groups test, redesign, retest, and ultimately present their final designs to an audience of their peers.
