Social Studies: Where Are the Emails?

Students read an article about the firings of federal prosecutors and the loss of relevant emails. Younger students examine present means of communications and hypothesize about future methods. Older students imagine they are members of the Senate Judiciary Committee and describe how they would react to the loss of thousands of emails about the firings.

I train teachers pre-K-12 to use the arts to teach any subject (arts integration). Lesson Planet has given me some great ideas to share as we all attempt to make the arts an important part of every child's education.
