Sometimes We Must Suffer for Love

Learners examine the Confucianism philosophy as it relates to suffering for love. In this Confucianism philosophy instructional activity, students explore Ching Duke Ch'i's discussion about not becoming too set in your ways. Learners make inferences about not being neglectful towards your duties or to other individuals and research supplemental materials relating to the Confucius concept of suffering.
