Struts 'n Stuff

Young mathematicians identify the relationship between the number of sides in a regular polygon and the number of struts (diagonals) needed to make each polygon rigid. They build polygons with paper and brads, and are challenged to determine the least number of struts to add to polygons to make them rigid. Additionally, learners make graphs showing this relationship.
