The Chicano Movement: Comparing Plights of Civil Rights

High schoolers evaluate case studies of racial segregation and integration in the United States during the 60s and 70s. In small groups, they prepare a PowerPoint presentation that describes the activist group, and protests involved in the case study. Each group discuss the similarities and differences in the case studies after the presentation.
