Watch the magic pencil, then try it yourself! As young scholars learn to print letters in the alphabet, this learning exercise is a great practice tool. They first watch the "magic pencil", trying it out on their own. Consider creating a "magic pencil" and calling volunteers up to use it. Next, learners trace the letter o to complete four CVC words, and complete four more words with a blank in the middle. Although they could all be completed using "o", consider allowing other letters for a challenge.
