Using Plural Nouns in Descriptions

Practice making nouns plural and using descriptors in this dual-purpose learning exercise. Your class starts by filling in the blanks in five sentences with adjectives from a word bank, and then making the nouns they modify plural. Next they add original descriptors to each of five nouns in a paragraph and rewrite it using plural nouns. Finally, they write a short description of monkeys they have seen in a zoo, in books, or on television. Great for a monkey unit; otherwise, adapt the assignment!
