Walk in the Wind

First graders explore the wind and how it works through the use of bubbles, streamers and balloons. Students conduct various experiments outside and discuss outcomes as a class. After wind activity, 1st graders discuss strong winds and tornadoes. Students create a tornado in a pop bottle.
