Young scholars read an article about the issue of residency and tutition in Michigan. Individually, they write a paper responding to whether this article should have been included in current events. In groups, they support or oppose the admitance of a student to the University of Michigan when there is a quesiton over his residency. They create their own ways of determining who pays in-state tutition.
