Worthless to Priceless: It's All Relative

Students read an Indian folktale and study capital in economic systems and trade economies. In this capital instructional activity, students watch a clip from "Jerry Maguire," define capital, and study the worksheet about trade. Students brainstorm about trade they have made and list them in their correct category. Students watch a PSA and then work in groups to create their own PSA's encouraging people to use capital to help others.
