Sixth graders complete activities to examine butterflies and their habitats. In this butterfly habitat instructional activity, 6th graders research butterflies and their habitats to help them investigate how to make a butterfly garden. Students complete a butterfly web and explore pictures of butterfly gardens. Students design and plant a butterfly garden and complete a journal activity.
