Learners examine the law of conservation of momentum. In this physics lesson, students play marbles in order to compare the mass of the marble and velocities effects. Learners receive directions of the marbles game and collect data while playing marbles of how the varied mass of marbles effects each other. Students discuss in small groups the effect of small marbles onto large marbles.
