Students examine the color wheel and work with watercolors. In this color instructional activity, students go over primary, secondary, and intermediate colors before watching a demonstration of watercolor brush techniques. They choose a shape to paint and paint that shape repeatedly using each color of the color wheel. After cutting their paintings into strips;they create a new design weaving the pieces together.
