Reading Tables

Who is two years younger than Meg? Who is older than Paul, but not Kinta? Scholars practice reading tables as they answer comprehension questions based on three sets of data. First, they examine a table depicting ages, then favorite juices, and finally dog weights. There are four questions accompanying each table requiring basic analysis and math skills. They will encounter comparatives and superlatives (youngest, older) and answer "how much less" and "how much more." Consider using this in preparation for learners creating their own tables.
