Young scholars discover the life cycle of butterfly by observing its growth from egg to caterpillar and the formation of its chrysalis. Students conduct an experiment in which they design housing for the chrysalises which are either in full light or complete darkness. Young scholars collect data on the two groups of chrysalises until butterflies are released and prepare graphs and reports on the results of the experiment.
