Students explore the history of inventions and their difference from discoveries. They create timelines of inventions, demonstrating their connections to each other.

Students play a paper clip game which leads to a lesson plan on cyber ethics. In this cyber ethics lesson plan, students play the game, and then discuss the proper rules of how society should act and view their internet usage.

Sixth graders evaluate how revolutions have affected the world throughout history (i.e. boundaries of nations, culture, economics, etc...) through the research for and creation of a historical atlas for assigned countries.
