Coronavirus vaccine: Total jabs given in UK nears 60 million
Government data up to May 20 shows that of the 59,178,397 jabs given in the UK so far, 37,518,614 were first doses – a rise of 268,251 on the previous day.
Some 21,659,783 were second doses, an increase of 420,312.

A total of 38,070,038 people have now received at least one vaccination against Covid-19 in the UK, the Government coronavirus dashboard states.
A total of 60,965,594 vaccines have been administered, of which 22,895,556 were second doses.
