High schoolers research cultural and social issues in the areas of Westward Expansion, Immigration, and Civil Rights. They use their research to create a PowerPoint electronic book to be used by other students.

Tenth graders differentiate pandemic and epidemic. In this health science lesson plan, 10th graders analyze how HIV and AIDS affect different countries. They construct and interpret different types of graphs.

Third graders learn the effects of temperature on the states of water. Then students create paper snowflakes. Finally students complete a computer project with software which teaches the different states of water.
