Basic Design Elements Computer Art Project
Students use PhotoDraw software to create original drawings. Using the basic design elements, line, shape, form, texture, value, and color, students create original drawings on the computer based on drawings previously rendered by hand.

Second graders are introduced to arrays as a means for multiplication readiness. Once students are comfortable with naming the array by counting the columns and rows, they integrate skip counting.

First graders use Kidspiration software to practice putting pictures on screen in a straight line. They examine pictures of suns and clouds and create as many different combinations of seven from pictures that they can.
