Students are encouraged to recognize animal and the sounds they make. They create a hands-on craft, story-telling and song. Students share each creation with their classmates.

Students complete activity sheets that coordinate with the story, "Stink and the Great Guinea Pig Express." In this post-reading activity, students complete reproducibles including a maze, a naming activity, and a story prompt.
