Adding and Subtracting from 10

Here is a nicely designed instructional activity on adding and taking away from ten. Learners complete the simple problems with the help of a number line that appears at the top of the page. Some of the equations have a missing addend, but do have the sum - which makes for a more difficult problem. For young mathematicians, this would be a most-appropriate exercise.
