This lesson plan will allow students to perform pH tests that determine if various solutions are acids or bases (cognitive). Students will test common household solutions such as water, vinegar, milk, and orange juice use pH indicator strips. One the pH strip turns a particular color, it reveals the H and OH ions of the solution.,
