This Alleys (Tennis) lesson plan also includes:
"Alleys" is a drill or game-like situation to practice what has already been taught in previous lessons. The tennis court is divided in half, left side and right side, so that each pair of players has an alley. The goal is to aim for the alley on the other side of the net to score points while continuing to rally back and forth. In this way they will be practicing forehand and backhand tennis strokes.
