This interactive web site invites exploration of Anglo-Saxon history, culture, and daily life. It is easy to navigate, has clear information, and nice features like pop-up definitions when the cursor moves over the highlighted vocabulary.  In addition to the impressive content for students, there are numerous resources for teachers including reproducible handouts, activities, pictures, videos, and related resources. While the information may be useful for high school students, the reading level and graphics are more appropriate for grades 6-8.
